AggieLife #Goals is a voluntary incentive program designed to challenge Registered Student Organizations at UC Davis through increased opportunities for engagement and organizational development. Student orgs have the chance to win monetary prizes by increasing their usage of AggieLife and effectively utilizing CSI support services.
Program #Goals
The aims of AggieLife #Goals incentive program are to:
- Increase usage of AggieLife by student organizations and student leaders
- Help student organizations increase involvement, recruitment and retention at UC Davis
- Train student leaders in techniques to support student organization success
Prizes
To qualify for the drawings, RSOs must complete at least one challenge from each category below.
- First place: one $500 winner (to qualify, must complete 20+ challenges)
- Second place: three $200 winners (to qualify, must complete 15+ challenges)
- Third place: four $100 winners (to qualify, must complete 10+ challenges)
How to Collect Points
For your student organization to collect points, you need to submit your completed items via the online AggieLife #Goals Submission Form. Points can be earned in three categories:
- Training & Education
- Online Engagement
- In-Person
Your student organization will use the same online form to submit selfies, screenshots, etc. (whatever is applicable to fully demonstrate completion) for all three categories. You can submit for points between the launch of AggieLife Trainings and the end of the AggieLife #Goals incentive program on Friday, March 16, 2018. Winners will be announced during Winter 2018 Finals Week.
Training & Education
- Non-President/Treasurer completes online orientation
- AggieLife Training (general)
- AggieLife Training (officer-specific)
- Authorized Reserver Training*
Online Engagement
- Organization profile picture
- Update their roster
- Add social media link/username (Facebook/Twitter)
- Add website
- Create gallery and upload photos
- Upload a document (meeting minutes, agenda, bylaws...)
- 100% of officers have profile pictures
- Participate in a discussion
- Track event attendance
- Download Corq app
- Find Agency Account number*
- Create and use a form
- Create event
- Update primary contact
- Send a message (by email or text)
In-Person
- Find your CSI Primary Contact and meet with them
- Find your mailbox number, visit CSI, and pick up your mail*
- Host a meeting in the CSI Conference Room (use AggieLife to make reservation)
- Check out a book from the Leadership Library (use AggieLife to reserve)
- Study in CSI and/or use a computer station
