Yes! An authorized reserver must be one of the three primary leaders on an organization’s roster and must complete the Authorized Reservers Training.
It depends on if the prospective primary leaders have completed their required form (Terms and Conditions). Once they do and a Primary Leader Change Request Form (PLCRF) is submitted, we will approve it as soon as possible.
