Plans for this year
Our future plans include integrating healthy living into our club with the Student Organization Wellness Initiative. The goal is to foster strong healthy living techniques in our Pre-Nursing members with the intention of imparting this knowledge onto not only ourselvesĀ but also to future patients.

Benefits of becoming an active Nursing Club at UC Davis member include receiving access to all UC Davis pre-nursing presentation notes (from our club and other organizations on campus, such as HPA) through our Google Drive, a club shirt, 10% off Kaplan Test-Prep materials, and the option to join our Big/Little Family System.

A few collaborations we have had in the past include working with the Pre-Physicians Assistant Club, MCB Club at UC Davis, and HDE Club.
Contributions to the Community
Nursing Club at UC Davis contributes to the campus community in several ways. Our Officers set aside time throughout the week to hold Office Hours where they advise pre-nursing students about nursing options, nursing school pre-requisites, and much more. Additionally, our members are active participants in volunteering opportunities on campus, including assisting with the Blood Source Blood Drives. We also act as the only student-run organization on the Davis Campus which caters specifically to pre-nursing students. Knowing that, we make it a goal to create a welcoming, family environment for our members.
Awards and Recognitions
Nursing Club at UC Davis was recently accepted into the Student Organization Health Initiative for the 2016-2017 academic year.
