Center for Student Involvement – Club Finance Council Grant

Club Finance Council (CFC) is an ASUCD-funded program that provides grants to help pay for educational programs, guest speakers, conferences, performances, cultural shows, publications and other events that enrich campus life. Registered undergraduate student organizations in good standing with the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) are eligible to apply for funding.

Student Development Funds

Student Development Funds promotes the development of undergraduate student interaction, and is sponsored on behalf of the vice chancellor for Student Affairs. The funds may be used to support the cost of a variety of events, all within the scope of the benefit to undergraduate students.

Center for Student Involvement - Beyond Tolerance Grant

The Beyond Tolerance Grant, sponsored by the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) in partnership with the Office of Campus Community Relations, provides monetary support for up to $200 for programs and events. It is part of the Hate-Free Campus Initiative, created to confront and stop acts of hate, foster a greater awareness of and appreciation for diversity, promote civility and respect in our human interactions, and build a more inclusive campus community.

Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual Resource Center (LGBTQIA RC) Grant

The LGBTQIA Resource Center wants to help you have a successful event or program. They can provide you with logistical help, planning advice and/or through their grant program.

Cross Cultural Center (CCC) Grant

Student Organizations who are currently registered with the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) and who plan to host or organize a program that will advance the mission of the Cross Cultural Center are encouraged to submit a grant request. The following are some examples of student organization events that have received funding previously: workshops, panels, educational movie showing, conferences, cultural celebrations, projects with a specific social justice outcome, art shows, symposiums, and concerts.

Student Recruitment and Retention Center (SRRC) Grant

The SRRC Grant provides funding for organizations planning programs that support and promote outreach and retention to students of underrepresented and historically under-served communities. Retention Goal: To support enrolled undergraduates and graduate students to strengthen retention services. Outreach Goal: To promote and support academic preparation, leadership training, and cultural enrichment activities for non-college tracked youth (K-20).

Principles of Community Awards

The Office of Campus Community Relations, in partnership with the Student Assistants to the Chancellor, invites all registered student clubs or organizations to apply for the Principles of Community Awards. The purpose of this grant award is to provide funding for registered student organizations committed to fostering the Principles of Community (POC) at UC Davis and aspiring to implement activities or programs that exemplify and promote the POC throughout the student community.

Woman's Resource and Research Center (WRRC) Grant

The WRRC offers a wide range of co-sponsorship - monetary funds, in-kind supplies and materials, WRRC career and intern staff time (i.e. facilitate or speak on a topic), graphic design publicity, photocopy printing; PR/publicity, WRRC room space (i.e. North Hall - Righteous Babes Lounge, Library, and 113 North Hall), and bullhorn access (sound permit required per campus policy).

Dean Witter Fund

The Dean Witter Fund promotes informal faculty-student interaction and was established by a contribution from Dean Witter, founder of the San Francisco investment firm. Although the funds (subject to stated limitation) may be used to defer the cost of a variety of events, the program is primarily intended to encourage group interaction.

African Continuum (Hate-Free Initiative)

The African Continuum is dedicated to the recruitment, retention and advancement of people of African descent. This student focused organization values holistic education emphasizing a tradition of academic excellence, cultural exploration and exposure, and a commitment to service. Collectively, with the active involvement of a strong UC Davis student, staff, faculty and alumni network, the Continuum advocates for the institutional commitment, representation, and celebration of people of African descent. Funding is available to student organizations who host events that are consistent with the vision of the Continuum.

Pepsi Product Funding

Pepsi has donated funding to Center for Student Involvement (CSI) for Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) to purchase Pepsi products for their on campus events. Only complete applications submitted by the appropriate deadline will be considered for review by CSI. An RSO must be in good standing with CSI to be eligible for funding.
