I’m on the board for Sikh Collegiate Federation, Imani Legal Clinic, and Azaad Legal Clinic.

What is your advice for students looking to get involved?

I highly encourage students to join a diverse range of clubs that allow them to further their established interests as well as explore new realms. College is such a unique time period when opportunities are at everyone’s fingertips at all times, so everyone should broaden their horizons and seek new experiences!

Network, since some clubs are very hard to get in. If they know you will have a better chance.

What are you involved in? 

I am currently a member of the Womxn in Economics Society (UWIES). Through this program, I contribute to the educational growth of myself and my peers through a deeper understanding of economics and economic discussion.

What is your advice for students looking to get involved? 

As a transfer student, my advice would be to attend UC Davis events. By meeting more students and faculty you will have more opportunities to get involved with organizations you are interested in. Events like the Involvement Fair are perfect places to get started!
