- Prepare to Update Leaders
- A current officer must update the Registered Student Organization (RSO) leader. In the event no current officers are available, please email the Center for Student Involvement at getinvolved@ucdavis.edu.
- You will need the new officer's name, email and what position they are holding in your organization.
- Update leaders in AggieLife
- Log into Aggielife.
- Complete the leader update form and provide the names.
- New leaders complete requirements as necessary.
- All three designated leaders are responsible for reviewing and accepting the Terms & Conditions. An email notification will be sent to each leader once the registration has been submitted.
NOTE: During the registration period only listed officers can re-register an organization. Change of leadership requests need to be submitted BEFORE the application period. If the current listed officers are no longer at the University please reach out to the Center for Student Involvement.
When the Primary Leader Change Request Form is submitted, the Center for Student Involvement staff will cross-reference primary leaders with the completed Terms and Conditions and/or Authorized Reserves Training.
To access your submissions to resume any partial submissions and/or view the status of the completed ones, log into AggieLife, click on the home button, and select “My Surveys/Forms” under “My Submissions” on the left toolbar.
