GRANT PROGRAMS FOR RSO’s

Eligibility Requirements for All CSI Grants

1) Your organization must be registered and in good standing with the Center for Student Involvement.

2) All Registered Student Organizations that apply must have an active Agency Account.

3) The application must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date by one of your RSO officers (i.e., Primary, Secondary, or Treasurer).

4) Events must be open to the entire campus community (NO MEMBERS-ONLY EVENTS).

5) If your event is on-campus you must submit a reservation request with Conference and Event Services BEFORE submitting the grant application.

NAME MAX AWARD AMOUNT DESCRIPTION
Student Recruitment & Retention Center (SRRC) Grant $1000  To provide funding for organizations and campus departments planning programs that support and promote outreach and retention to students of historically underrepresented, low-income, or educationally disadvantaged communities.
Cross Cultural Center Grant $1000 To fund events, activities or programs that advance the institutional goal for campus diversity, and promote social justice. 
Undocumented Student Center – Student Organization Co-Sponsorship Grant  $500 To fund events/programs/opportunities relevant to the AB540 & Undocumented Student Community at UC Davis.
Student Affairs – Dean Witter Fund Unknown The Dean Witter Fund promotes informal social faculty-student interaction. Funds may be used to defer the cost of a variety of events, including meals on campus, at local restaurants, or informal social gatherings.
Student Affairs – Student Development Funds Individuals – $500; Student Orgs – $2500 Student Development Funds promote the professional development of undergraduate students
Student Affairs – Student Equity in Mental Health Programming Fund $5000 Student organizations may partner with an administrative unit, faculty member, or academic department to apply for funding to promote opportunities for engagement, connectedness and community supporting wellness initiatives for UC Davis students.
