Involvement Fair 2024

Are you interested in getting involved on campus? Don’t miss our annual student organization showcase! Join us for fun raffles, performances, and activities!

Come see 400+ student organizations and campus departments who are eager to let the campus community know who they are and what they have to offer. They will share their organization’s mission, activities, service projects, and programs while recruiting new members from the thousands of students exploring how to get involved on campus!

Sign ups for Registered Student Organizations will open on August 30th, at 3PM (PDT). Campus departments and programs will receive separate sign up instructions. Campus partners interested in tabling should contact Huong Le (htole@ucdavis.edu).

RSO Sign Up Instructions
  1. Sign up form will open Friday August 30th at 3PM PDT
  2. The link will be accessible through:
    • This webpage
    • CSI Instagram via Linktree (@ucdaviscsi)
    • Email sent to group officers
    • Because of the potential delay in email sends, we recommend coming here or the Linktree and just refresh
  3. You must be a group officer and logged into AggieLife
  4. Space is limited and applications will be accepted while available table spots remain. Spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis in the order of submission through our sign up form. Submitting the form does not guarantee a spot at the fair. Please wait for a follow up confirmation email about your status the week after sign ups open.

Student organizations who are not fully registered by August 30th WILL NOT BE PERMITTED to participate. Double check if your group is registered here. Please direct all questions to getinvolved@ucdavis.edu.

RSO Sign Up FAQ
  1. Do I have to be an officer to sign up? 
    • Yes, you will have to be listed as an officer on AggieLife to access the form.
  2. Can I sign up for multiple RSOs? 
    • If you are an officer in multiple, yes, but you will have to submit multiple forms.
  3. How do we know if we are eligible to sign up?
    • See here for the list of clubs currently approved for this year. For any concerns about your registration status, please contact us. Only approved clubs will be shown on the dropdown in the form.
  4. How do we know if we got a spot?
    • Once we reach capacity, the form will close and emails will be sent within a week to notify submitters of their status: participating or waitlisted. A waitlist form will then replace all sign up buttons/links.
  5. Are tables provided?
    • Yes, if you indicated that you cannot bring your own and receive confirmation that you have a spot.
  6. What does the table set up look like?
    • All tables will be 8ft long rectangular banquet tables and we will be assigning 2 groups per table (4ft of space per club). Tables will be 6-8ft apart so there will be extra space on both ends. Each club will get 1-2 chairs.
  7. Will bringing my own table guarantee my RSO a spot at the fair? 
    • No, it is helpful but ultimately will be dependent on the order of submission and the physical space capacity of the Quad.
